Section I: Type of commission

1. You will receive a digital illustration, however, you will not receive a physical copy of the artwork.

 

Section II: Contact

1. Please contact me at estchiyubusiness@gmail.com for all inquiries.

2. All communication regarding commission work is to be done through email, Discord, Twitter DMs, or Instagram DMs.

3. It is required for the client to leave their email so I can email the finished product.

 

Section III: Payment

1. All payments will be made in USD via Ko-fi or Paypal invoice. If we choose to use Paypal invoice I will send the invoice.

2. Payment is due upfront for all commissions. Please be sure of what you want and what is allowed before sending.

3. I will not start the commission until the full payment is made.

4. No refunds unless I can’t complete the commission, it hasn’t been finished in less than 3 months or under any exceptional circumstances.

 

Section IV: Copyright and usage

1. You may not use the illustration for commercial usage, it is for personal use only.

2. The client may not resell, edit, alter, trace, or remove the watermark from the commission without my permission.

3. The client can repost the commission wherever they like as long as proper credit is given.

4. I retain all rights to the commission, including but not limited to distribution, reproduction, and use of the commission for artist promotion unless stated otherwise.

5. I do not allow the commission to be used or sold as NFTs, for AI art generation, or anything similar.

 

Section V: Process

1. The client will complete the Google Form provided. Once completed I will reach out via email or DM their preferred socials with the price.

2. Once the payment is received, I will start working on the commission and will send a sketch. After adjustments are made and the sketch is approved, any major adjustments will not be free. However, minor changes will be free of charge.

3. Any adjustments made due to my fault for drawing something incorrectly will be free of charge.

4. The commission will be completed within a 3-month time frame. 

5. Don’t be afraid to ask for updates, it will never be inconvenient!

 

Section VI: Refund

1. If the commission is canceled by the client or myself before the illustration is started, the client will receive a full refund.

2. If the client cancels the commission between the sketch and the final stage, this is the rough basis of how much will be refunded.

• Sketch: 50%

• Line: 30%

• Coloring: 15%

1. No refund will be given if the commission is nearly finished or completed.

 

Section VII: Deadlines

1. As of right now, I do not accept commissions with tight deadlines.

2. If the client wishes to give a deadline then it will be up for discussion. Depending on the closeness of the deadline, the client may be charged an extra fee.

 

Section VIII: What I will or won’t draw

1. I have the right to decline commissions that go out of my comfort zone or are uncomfortable. Also, please don’t be afraid to ask if something is okay to draw!

• Fanart

• Light gore/blood

• Anthropomorphism

• Robots/cyborgs (ask)

• Armor (ask)

• Animals (ask)

1. What I will not draw

• NSFW or suggestive art

• NFT or AI art

• Anything harmful or bigoted

• Political art

• Anything insanely detailed (ask)(may charge extra)

• Complex perspective (ask)
